Loops of zen how many levels

This drastically cuts down the amount of guess-work you have to do. That being said… 2 The arrow keys are your friends. If a stage looks fairly challenging, it probably is. Using the left and right arrows allows you regenerate a stage. This can and most likely will get you a stage with more straight lines. I used to dislike seeing them, until I figured out that with them around, they tell you that you should connect everything around them, to them first.

Working with the 4 way blocks can drastically simplify your game because most of the time, there are certainly only a few moves that will connect either a series of 4 way blocks or the blocks around it.

Solve me first. As v4rk said, working with the edges can also simplify the puzzle a lot. The only strategy is slowly work both pieces together pushing them slowly towards each other. Remember the logic that went through your mind as you were solving the puzzle. Work that brain, and eventually, pushing those pieces closer together will cause everything to fit.

Great game. Really forces you to use your head. Finally earned the badge after playing for hours. Especially since the game has definitely more zen character than being really challenging.

And the funniest thing from my perspective about it is, that I always start level 1 and let myself drift until level 12 or 16 or until I am bored or until more pressing things demand my attention. I never invented it to be a real mind bender, but so many people demanded badges, so one of the admins added one.

And I really appreciate that. Anyway, I guess you just have to play it enough to develop something like heuristics or good intuition. I try to find situations that have only one option like corners or tiles at the border or close to pluses or how ever you call the intersection like tile. But the next thing is that sometimes the context also defines how to put tiles.

If they are already used somewhere else you force other tiles into the right position. But that is more a matter of experience than a deep analysis of the situation. I witness my wife total addict of the game to end up with two open ends happens mostly after level 30 like JudasInc mentions under point 6.

And what you do need to do now is, what I call massage the ends together. And mostly you can use T-tiles the little birds for that. And always remember there is always one solution, but most of the times there are more.

And levels above 30 have even more solutions. Again this massage thing becomes totally easy after lots of plays. And my wife looks at me like I am a wizard when I close two ends that are in the top left and down right corner with minimal clicks… but indeed that takes time.

For me the game has more to do with taking a run in the park, where I can let my mind go, and think about other stuff. One word for all those having difficulties to click the correct tile: You click before you moved the mouse, relax! There is a reason why there is no time limit, and you can return to each already solved level.

I really like those Zenji-like puzzle games Posted November 13, Very fun game. Much encouragement for completion. You guys rock! Really very nice little game! Great work guys! Is this final version? Yeah, it seems so. Posted November 14, Posted November 18, When most tiles are connected, "push" the remaining ends together, even if this temporarily makes more free ends.

I want to admire my handiwork. Is that wrong? I don't like this game, especially when theres no save option. The game restarts everytime i have a lag because i need to refresh :d and theres too many levels, which will be boring soon, gave up on the badge, and must be original LS: There's really two sets of levels.

The creator added the last 20 levels to the game at some point after he initially released the game. Those last 20 levels apparently use a different level generator. It seems that there's more of those "end loops" in the second set of levels. I'm getting the problem with the mouse being offset from the tiles too.

It seems to happen after level Looks like the game is written for Flash 7, but I'm using Flash 9. In response to those of you complaining about the lack of an option to "lock" tiles in place, I'm certain you'd find such a feature quite counterproductive in the larger levels and and beyond. It would be an extreme pain to unlock dozens of tiles due to two loose ends at opposite ends of the board. The game insists on a loose, organic equilibration of the system; there is no single correct solution to any puzzle.

Also note: there seem to be more levels up now. Just finished 50 and am continuing on to I like this! A very relaxing, leisurely puzzle with a fairly original concept.

The spartan design and soothing music is a real plus. One slight complaint, in the later levels as more and more parts appear, they get smaller and smaller to fit on the screen, and it can get a little eye-straining. I'm up to level 43 and I haven't thrown my keyboard at my moniter yet! I've felt like doing that many times, though. Start with these two before moving to the corners, because I usually find there's only one way to make this portion connect to the rest of the puzzle without upsetting other surrounding pieces.

This game is a blatant copy of Colourshift, but with less features. You should really give it a try if you like this game, since it features multiple colors of pieces which adds another layer of complexity.

It changes every time, even though the level number doesn't change. Leave a comment [ top of page ].
